Personal Sports & Fitness Program


This program is for individuals who are interested in one-on-one training. You will receive private training and be guided on how to complete each exercise and proper nutrition.
 
Your trainer will talk to you about the benefits your workouts will have on your physical health and mental health. With this program you can choose if you want to focus on fitness or sports training. Individuals who are interested in sports training will get one on one private sports specific training based on the sports they play or want to participate in. The training will consist of fundamental training, skill training and strength training.  The purpose of these trainings is to help moderate individuals who suffer from any mental health concerns or have a disability that hinders them from working out on their own.
 
Our main goal is to help individuals use alternative coping skills through fitness and help reduce any cognitive issues they may have.
