Our goal is to promote physical well-being, mental health, and social engagement among our senior participants through a variety of exercise routines and wellness activities. We will present one on one personal fitness sessions or fitness classes for the seniors throughout private facility or comfort of your home.

  • Maintain the city council support to provide funds for disable participants who want to get active in exercising and getting involved in sports
