Home School Physical Education Program
Our Home School P.E. Program is structured to improve student’s health, wellness and motor skills.
This program allows those students who are being home schooled to get one-on-one personal Physical Education in the comfort of their home or community. Our P.E. program consists of fitness, wellness and sport training. We will also incorporate the Presidential Fitness Testing in the beginning to test the students fitness levels. This helps our Fitness Coaches know what to focus on with each student and what fitness level they are on.
Our mission is to provide safe, fun and challenging fitness programs to our students, as well as to help keep them mentally and physically healthy. We provide services in student’s home, at schools, at agencies and online.
Our services consist of the following:
Wellness Day ~ On this day students will focus on health and wellness by participating in yoga, meditation and Tai Chi exercises
Fitness Day ~ On this day students will focus on strength training and cardio
Sports Day ~ On this day students with participate in sports activities
Fitness Games ~ On this day students will pick a fitness game to play, these games will give students different fitness exercise to do
Field Day ~ (On this day the students will do a fun outdoor fitness activity that fitness coach has planned
