About Us
WHAT WE DO
We provide health and wellness programs for our adults and seniors. We provide educational health and fitness teaching to our youth individuals who are facing challenges mentally and physically. We conduct group fitness exercise class, one on one fitness sessions in our studio or at your home. These programs will teach our participants proper ways to exercise, educate them about proper nutrition and learn how to relieve high stress through our meditation practices.
WHY WE ARE HERE
Dealing with your physical health & mental health can be very hard and overwhelming for some individuals. We are here to help others cope with their barriers by using health and fitness as a teaching tool. We focus on working with the adult and elder population who have heath limitations and chronic pain like Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, cancer recovery, diabetes and more. We are also here to teach proper coping skills through exercises for individuals who deal with mental health challenges.
WHO DO WE SERVE
We serve adult, senior citizens and youth individuals with mental health challenges physical health challenges and disability challenges. We also serve individuals who attend inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities, those who attend day programs, schools grade K to 12, those in group homes, nursing homes and other treatment facilities. We also serve those individuals who are responsible for teaching and working with youth who have mental and physical challenges. It is known that with lack of movement and not taking care of your body can cause Chronic diseases. When this happens it can cause depression and decline your overall health. We want to help keep you mentally fit and living a healthy and fulfilling life.
