Elderly Care Physical Fitness & Day Program


Program Overview

Our elderly fitness program will be done in senior home facility, Day program facility. and at the comfort of the senior home. Our program will include a private in-person sessions, fitness and wellness sessions and group classes using chairs.

Our classes are designed to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of senior citizens. These classes may include:

  1. Chair Yoga: Gentle yoga exercises that can be done while seated to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
  2. Strength Training: Light weightlifting and resistance band exercises to help maintain muscle mass and bone density.
  3. Cardiovascular Exercises: Low-impact aerobics and walking sessions to improve heart health and endurance.
  4. Balance and Flexibility: Tai Chi or Pilates classes to enhance balance, flexibility, and coordination.
  5. Mindfulness and Meditation: Sessions focused on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and mental well-being.

Who do we serve?
We serve elderly population that deal with chronic pain or disease like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, stroke, heart conditions or diabetes, cancer, and more. We server our seniors in the comfort of their home or in any Senior home they reside at.
